This project involves the adaptive reuse of a site on Corporation Street, Coventry, transforming it into a dynamic space that blends residential living with cultural engagement. The design concept aims to create a high-quality residential space tailored for professionals, integrating sustainability and urban livability.

The project also features an art gallery on the opposite side of the building, showcasing the intersection of creativity and community. A distinctive element of this project is the use of materials sourced from the repurposed structure of the former IKEA store, integrating urban farming practices to recycle and reimagine the space’s resources. The careful selection and reuse of materials not only emphasizes sustainability but also enriches the building’s aesthetic and functional narrative, blending modern living with art and history.
